Here at T1 Tact Watch, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product(s), we will happily issue a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
To facilitate a return or an exchange, please email our support team at email@example.com your order number and the reason for the return (or) exchange. We do require that the original shipping box is retained for credit purposes and used to return the product.
Once your request has been processed and approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply stick the new label over the old one, drop it at a local post office, and await delivery of your replacement product or refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business working days. Items received after 15 days from the delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Note: Currently, we do not provide free returns, you will be responsible for the return postage on your return/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For more info write us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges & Gifts
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
